1975 Yılında Çorap, Çamaşır ve Tekstil ürünleri satmak amacıyla ticaret hayatına başlayan Erdonat Tekstil ve Giyim San. Ltd. Şti. ile Dumanlar A.Ş. Grup Şirketi Olarak 1986 Yılında İmalat Hayatına Başlamış ve kendi Markasını (ERDA) oluşturarak ürettiği ürünleri iç ve dış pazara sunmuştur. Erdonat Tekstil ve Giyim San. Ltd.
